We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing HR operations, including HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, People Services, L&D and performance management. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with our company’s goals and objectives. Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Provide advice and guidance to the site leadership team on best practice in human resources management and compliance with employment legislation, and internal security and audit procedures
- Work closely with the site team, in the development of a performance driven culture, which encourages individual ownership of results and associate development
- To ensure that the company remains fully compliant with changes to employment law and practices, and that these practices are implemented consistently
- To suggest appropriate actions to raise associate satisfaction levels and ensure regular two way feedback is undertaken with associates
- To ensure attendance and attrition is effectively managed and reviewed at site level, with remedial actions taken where necessary
- To contribute fully to the business planning process and ensure Human Resources Strategy is aligned to business goals
- To collaborate with the Managers in the effective management of Health and Safety issues at site
- To take personal responsibility to understand and ensure compliance with all company and client security requirements and policies.

Compliance
- You must ensure that all staff (Foundever or agency/contract) working in your team comply fully with the security policies and requirements of Foundever and our Clients, ensuring your staff are given an appropriate level of knowledge/awareness to be able to comply with the policies within the context of their role and taking appropriate action when non-compliance is identified.
Typical Qualifications
Education (if beyond High School or equivalent):
- College degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology or a relevant field (preferable)
Languages proficiency

Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
Experience Target (in this job or a related function/field):
- 4-year college degree in Human Resources or Business or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.

Knowledge/Abilities:
- Call Center industry or related experience
- Knowledge of general labor policies and practices including discrimination, harassment, equity etc.
- Ability to manage deadlines, manage people, create effective partnerships with leadership, establish strong community education ties
