As our Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator, you will drive the local implementation of our country-level L&D strategy. You will partner closely with the Country Leader, Department Leads, and Operations Management to foster a high-performance learning culture. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of trainers focused on talent upskilling, onboarding, and continuous development. We are looking for a forward-thinking professional who possesses a deep curiosity and keen interest in AI, looking for ways to leverage modern technology to enhance learning outcomes.

 

 

Your daily responsibilities will include:

 

  • Leadership & Team Management
    Lead Training Team: Manage, mentor, and coordinate a dedicated team of trainers.
    Cultivate Culture: Foster and reinforce a positive, continuous learning environment.
  • Training Design & Delivery
    New Hire Induction: Plan, coordinate, and deliver the Foundever Induction for new starters.
    Corporate Onboarding: Create and execute tailored onboarding plans for all non-agent new hires.
    Class Facilitation: Conduct engaging training sessions on complex topics tailored to business needs.
  • Strategy & Collaboration
    Business Alignment: Partner with Department Leads to align training initiatives with site KPIs.
    Global Liaison: Collaborate with Regional/Global Learning teams to deploy global solutions locally.
    Skill Gap Analysis: Support leaders in identifying skills gaps using coaching and mentoring frameworks.
  • Program Management & Analytics 
    L&D Oversight: Manage the end-to-end learning experience for adult learners.
    Data-Driven Evaluation: Build and utilize assessment tools to track and analyze training effectiveness.
    Continuous Improvement: Research and implement industry best practices to optimize programs.

 

 

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

 

  • Tech & Innovation Mindset: A strong curiosity and keen interest in AI tools and how they can be applied to modern learning and development.
  • Language Mastery: Advanced English (minimum C1); proficiency in German, Dutch, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian (C1/C2) is a strong plus.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience facilitating and delivering adult learning interventions, ideally within a BPO environment.
  • Core Expertise: Solid grasp of adult learning principles, instructional design, and program evaluation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional project management, consultancy, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
  • Be located in Athens, since the position is hybrid
