About the Role

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Specialist / Coordinator to join our growing Finance team. This role is critical in supporting the FP&A Manager with financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities. If you're fluent in English, have strong analytical skills, and a background in fast-paced environments like BPOs or contact centers, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports.
• Analyze financial data to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and other teams to support headcount and cost planning.
• Maintain and enhance financial models and templates used for business decisions.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all reports and financial tools.
• Assist with monthly closings and variance analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in FP&A or similar financial roles.
• Experience in a BPO or contact center industry is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with ERP tools (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).
• Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools.
• Understanding of FTE modeling, cost-to-serve, or workforce analysis.
• Knowledge of client billing models in outsourcing (FTE/output-based, etc.).
