This role would suit anyone who is tech savvy and has strong experience within customer service. We are interested in hearing from anyone with retail, hospitality and other customer facing roles.
As a Customer Success Expert, you will be pivotal in delivering an awesome product and service experience for our customers using our online suite of products for our customers and the business.
Key Details!
- This is a Danish and English speaking role - Must be fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken)
- Salary: £14.00 per hour – weekly pay.
- Schedule: 37.5 per week – Monday – Friday 08.00 – 16.30
- Contract length: 37.5 hrs p/w – Permanent
- Training: At our multi-lingual hub in Kingston-Upon-Thames or Fully Remote – 4 weeks, Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
- Production: After training, this role offers great work-life-balance with a choice of working completely Remote (UK) or Hybrid model based on needs: 1 day a week in the office and for training needs.

Day to Day
- Answer inbound calls, emails and Chats.
- Taking responsibility for calls and seeing them through to completion in a professional manner.
- Ensure that all enquiries are recognised, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively.
- Take ownership for providing an excellent customer journey, ensuring all cases are fully resolved and in line with our quality processes and procedures.
- Supply high-quality service in accordance with given processes and procedures.
- Attend weekly one on one meeting with line manager in order to receive feedback about all individual performances.
- Consistently utilise knowledge base tools according to contact centre and client procedures.
- Ensure that adherence to required shift schedules is observed at all times.
- Attend all required all campaign training and complete all the required modules
