We are looking for an agent with native or bilingual French skills and a high level of English for an important multinational company in the retail sector, where the main function will be customer service via phone, chat, and email for any questions, doubts, issues, and/or comments customers may have about our products.

🎁 What do we offer?

  • 💰 Salary: €1,538 gross per month.
  • 📝 Temporary contract of 3 months + indefinite.
  • ⏰ 39-hour contract from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
  • 🎓 Training provided during the contract.
  • 🏢 Work modality: On-site at our offices located at Paseo Imperial, 14.

 

🔍 What are we looking for?

  • 💬 Native or bilingual French and high level of English is essential.
  • 🌟 Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
  • 📅 Organizational skills and good communication abilities.
  • 🏠 Residence in Madrid.

📅 Expected start date: Monday, December 2nd.
