SALARY: 25,000 € gross/year
WORK MODALITY: ON-SITE.
EXPECTED START DATE: August 4th.

Do you love customer service? At Foundever, we're growing and looking for a Customer Service Quality Specialist (QA) to join our team in Malaga.
Your mission:
- Evaluate interactions with customers to measure service quality according to hospitality standards.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company policies and identify areas for improvement.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and prepare actionable reports.
- Collaborate with training teams to update materials and conduct training on best practices in service.
- Work with management to develop strategies that improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and communicate insights to management.
Requirements:
- University degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Native or bilingual Dutch and Advanced English (minimum B2), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
What we offer:
- Permanent contract.
- Competitive salary and benefits package: 25,000 € gross/year.
- Shift and Work Hours: 39h per week. Monday to Sunday Rotating Shift from 8:00 to 22:00.
