Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Processes and interviews prospective employees for Corporate or Business Support positions.
- Determines appropriate match of applicant skills to job responsibilities and supports administration of pre-employment testing and behavioral interviewing.
- Partners with site management to understand and anticipate recruiting needs to ensure appropriate applicant flow.
- Supports retention-building activities to achieve and maintain retention goals.
- Supports Recruiting Manager in administration of all recruiting and employment activities.
- Collaborates with operations, learning and clients in recruitment process improvement plans.
- Ensures that performance of the Recruiters are on track.
Education : Bachelor’s college degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in HR or general business.
Experience Target :
- At least five (5) years of successful recruiting experience for Support personnel preferably in a high volume, fast paced customer-focused environment.
- Call center experience strongly preferred.
- At least 6 months recruitment supervisory experience.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills including strong verbal and effective written communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use a variety of software packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong planning and organizing skills, especially prioritizing multiple projects/tasks.
- Effective time management skills.
- Behavioral based/targeted selection interviewing skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong people management skills for internal and external clients.
Knowledge/Abilities:
- Proven ability to successfully recruit nonexempt associates to maintain retention and meet demands of high volume recruiting needs.
- Demonstrated success as a business partner to leadership in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
- Ability to develop effective business relationships both internally.
- Ability to influence others and present a positive company image.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt practices and techniques to changing priorities and issues while maintaining compliance over employment program.
