Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and energetic person, who can demonstrate both confidence and empathy daily, to provide exceptional customer service, as the face of Foundever Newcastle!

The successful person will hold a key role on site supporting the smooth running of the our front of house operation, liaising with Business Operations and all other site support services (Internal and External. You will also be responsible for ensuring process is followed with regard to security, safety, and compliance on site, setting a great example at all times.

You will be required to show flexibility and versatility, as the role is designed to ensure the site is fully supported and the reception area is running efficiently A 'can do' attitude is essential, and the ability to use your own initiative.

 

Role Requirements

  • Meet and greet all staff and visitors to the building
  • Support recruitment
  • Assisting with visitor queries, providing information and assistance where necessary
  • Answering all telephone enquiries and screening/redirecting calls as appropriate
  • Managing meeting room bookings for site
  • Maintaining the door access system/creating passes
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Any other ad hoc duties in line with the job holders’ capabilities, knowledge and training

 

Key Skills:

· A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role is desirable

· A welcoming and friendly personality

· A proactive approach to work.

· A passion for customer service

· Strong IT skills, proficient in using Microsoft Office, specifically excel

· Reliable and trustworthy

 

Working Hours- Monday-Friday: 10 am – 18:00 pm shift pattern in line with business requirement.

We are very experienced at providing very specific training. All we ask is that you have a passion for helping people and are able to talk on the phone. Computer literacy is essential.
