Bilingual Registered Nurse
As a Work from Home Registered Nurse for Tele-Care, you'll enjoy the benefits of a flexible work environment that enhances both comfort and productivity. In this position, you will provide compassionate patient interactions over the phone, tele-triaging conditions such as headaches, chest pain, injuries, and mental health issues. Utilizing our clinical solution software, you'll assess symptoms, document cases, and offer health care advice while adhering to safety protocols. Your calm voice and practical advice will boost patients' confidence.

Enjoy the flexibility of varying shifts in our 24/7 operation, choosing between five 8-hour or four 10-hour shifts per week.

- Bilingual (French/English) Registered Nurses are paid an additional $2.50 per hour
Qualifications
- You currently reside in Canada
- You are fluent in French and English
- You to have a degree or diploma in Nursing with at least one (1) year of post-registration clinical experience, preferably in acute care
- Registered with the NANB and the province where you live
- Have a passion for helping patients
- You'll also need strong communication, triage and critical thinking skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work and study independently with minimal supervision
- Previous call centre experience is considered an asset
- A desk, comfortable chair, access to a quiet home office space, high-speed internet, and the ability to hardwire your internet modem to the equipment we supply
