Introduction

We are looking for new and experienced Customer Service and Sales Advisors to join our growing team at Foundever Stratford-upon-Avon!

Your day to day could include

  • Call handling (inbound or outbound depending on the client and role) as well as handling emails, webchats or social media enquiries
  • Supporting the resolution of customer complaints
  • Building rapport with new and existing customers, giving the best possible customer experience
  • Working effectively as part of a team
  • Applying our Company principles and values in all that you do

What we need from you

  • Good communication skills: the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers over the phone.
  • Active listening skills: the ability to attentively listen to customers and understand their needs and concerns.
  • Problem-solving skills: the ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues or complaints.
  • Empathy: the ability to understand and relate to the customer's perspective.
  • Patience: the ability to remain calm and composed.
  • Adaptability: the ability to handle a wide variety of customer interactions and adjust communication style as necessary.
  • Sales skills: the ability to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing customers.
  • Positive attitude: the ability to remain positive and upbeat even during difficult customer interactions.
  • Strong teamwork skills: the ability to work effectively with other agents and support teams.
  • Advantageous: Knowledge of customer service best practices and call centre technology.

What we offer you in return

Most of our vacancies are 37.5 hour per week with rotational shift patterns that may apply including weekends

Situated just a 15 minute walk from the town centre, and 7 minutes from the parkway Train station, in a happy, bright and airy office environment, we are easily accessible by public transport(45 minutes by train from Birmingham)
