We are looking for a talented and accomplished Web Content Management specialist to manage, maintain, and monitor the website support section.

 

As a Web Content Manager on this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Creation and maintenance of support library documents and videos, for CIC and web
  • Automatic chat (chatbot) management and development
  • Website support section management (new products release, manuals, SW and firmware, specific sections and pages updates and improvements)
  • Survey analysis, reporting, CIC support, technical Q&A participation, and other
  • Online chat service development and maintenance
  • Support library and web content creation and update
  • Survey analysis and reporting (chatbot, website and support library’s survey)
  • Other (manage communication and requests with the website team) 

 

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proficient level of French (C2)
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
  • Good experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript 
  • MS Publisher, Excel and Word knowledge 
  • Image manipulation skills with Photoshop, Gimp or similar 
  • Being able to easily translate from English technical contents related to products 
  • Being able to develop, manage and monitor an automatic chat service.
  • Familiar with SEO, web performance reporting and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge/Abilities in web programming, web design 
  • Automatic chat (chatbot)  AIML and NLP

  • IT, Information technology, web programming, web design
  •  Google Analytics experience
