Job Summary

Position Title: HR Admin 
Location: Luxor , Onsite
Department: Human Resources

 

We are expanding! Join our dynamic team as an HR Administrator at our new branch in Luxor. This is a great opportunity for an organized, proactive individual fluent in English and passionate about human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily HR operations and ensure smooth administration of HR policies and procedures

  • Handle employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave tracking

  • Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Maintain employee database and generate HR reports

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

  • Provide administrative support to the HR and management team

Primary Job Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Location: Must be based in Luxor

  • Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience

  • Solid understanding of HR basics and local labor laws

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
