Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Handling customer service enquiries via phone and email in line with the highest standards;
✅ Striving to achieve customer satisfaction targets set by your managers;
✅ Demonstrating engagement and understanding of the customer’s issue to provide the best possible support.

This role is for you if:

🌍 You are fluent in German (C1) and have a good command of English (B2);
😇 You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
💻 You are confident using MS Office applications;
🌞 You are motivated and keen to grow and develop.
