Customer Service Specialist with German
ON-SITE WORK: GDAŃSK
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer service enquiries via phone and email in line with the highest standards;
- Striving to achieve customer satisfaction targets set by your managers;
- Demonstrating engagement and understanding of the customer’s issue to provide the best possible support.
This role is for you if:
- You are fluent in German (C1) and have a good command of English (B2);
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- You are confident using MS Office applications;
- You are motivated and keen to grow and develop.
