Join Foundever Rabat as a Bilingual customer service advisors supporting a well-known global brand in the Canada market.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Be the main contact for customers via phone and email — listen, clarify, and solve day-to-day questions.
  • Give straightforward, accurate answers.
  • Handle sensitive issues with discretion and empathy; know when to escalate.
  • Log and follow up on requests so issues are closed properly.
  • Spot repeating issues and suggest simple fixes to make work smoother.

 

Who we’re looking for:

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in a call centre, customer service — if you know how to handle people on the phone and by email, you’ll fit right in.
  • Strong communicator: clear on the phone, tidy in email, good at listening and de-escalating.
  • Responsible and discreet — you’ll manage confidential matters professionally.
  • Comfortable working night shifts.
