Join Foundever Rabat as a Bilingual customer service advisors supporting a well-known global brand in the Canada market.
What you’ll do:
- Be the main contact for customers via phone and email — listen, clarify, and solve day-to-day questions.
- Give straightforward, accurate answers.
- Handle sensitive issues with discretion and empathy; know when to escalate.
- Log and follow up on requests so issues are closed properly.
- Spot repeating issues and suggest simple fixes to make work smoother.
Who we’re looking for:
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a call centre, customer service — if you know how to handle people on the phone and by email, you’ll fit right in.
- Strong communicator: clear on the phone, tidy in email, good at listening and de-escalating.
- Responsible and discreet — you’ll manage confidential matters professionally.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
