Your Mission
As a Team Manager, you will play a key leadership role by ensuring your team consistently delivers outstanding results while maintaining the highest quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear leadership and direction to ensure the achievement of operational and performance targets
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members through regular feedback, performance reviews, and follow-up actions
- Assess team competencies and design targeted improvement plans in partnership with the Learning & Development team
- Monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective action plans
- Drive operational excellence and ensure quality standards are met at all times
- Prepare and present performance reports, dashboards, and statistics to internal stakeholders
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Statistics, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Team Manager, ideally within a medical, healthcare, or related project
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with excellent attention to detail
- Highly organized with strong time-management and leadership capabilities
- Results-oriented, proactive, and genuinely people-focused
