Your Mission

As a Team Manager, you will play a key leadership role by ensuring your team consistently delivers outstanding results while maintaining the highest quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear leadership and direction to ensure the achievement of operational and performance targets
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members through regular feedback, performance reviews, and follow-up actions
• Assess team competencies and design targeted improvement plans in partnership with the Learning & Development team
• Monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective action plans
• Drive operational excellence and ensure quality standards are met at all times
• Prepare and present performance reports, dashboards, and statistics to internal stakeholders

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Statistics, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Team Manager, ideally within a medical, healthcare, or related project
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with excellent attention to detail
• Highly organized with strong time-management and leadership capabilities
• Results-oriented, proactive, and genuinely people-focused
