Foundever is recruiting a Workforce Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Team leadership & management
- Lead, manage, and coach the workforce team responsible for anticipating resource needs to ensure operational and client delivery requirements are met
- Maintain and develop team members’ skills and performance
Planning & capacity management
- Develop, collect, and update forecasts by activity on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Monitor client demand evolution through dashboards in coordination with production managers and/or client stakeholders
- Size resources per activity according to demand and raise alerts in case of gaps
- Project FTE evolution over a rolling 12-month period and communicate insights to operations
- Coordinate with planners to schedule all activities while respecting legal and operational constraints
- Ensure timely delivery of planning outputs in line with operational requirements
- Estimate revenue and margin per assignment/project
- Conduct forward-looking analyses requested by operations, clients, or sales teams
Required Profile:
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or a related scientific field
- Significant experience in statistical data management and workforce/information analysis
- Strong command of statistical tools and software
- Proven leadership abilities
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Must be based in Rabat or open to relocation to Rabat
- Experience as a Workforce Manager is mandatory
