About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Bilingual Team Manager to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced call center environment. This role requires a strong leader with proven ability to drive performance, coach teams, and deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to maximize performance and productivity
• Drive the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and client objectives
• Provide clear direction, structured feedback, and continuous coaching
• Monitor team performance and implement action plans for improvement
• Manage priorities effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
• Ensure consistent delivery of service quality and operational excellence
• Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative team culture

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in:
• Business, Management, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields
• Proven experience as a Team Manager in a call center environment (mandatory)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
• Excellent communication skills in French and English (mandatory)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work night shifts

• Good attendance and reliability
