We are looking for a talented AI Product Manager in the EMEA region (CET time zone) to help shape the future of CX by taking ownership and oversee the development and delivery of a GenAI-powered product, ensuring alignment with business objectives throughout the product lifecycle.

Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Product Manager with deep interest and familiarity with AI, to join our growing AI Product&Design team, to steer the development of one of Foundever´s GenAI-powered products that will have a substantial impact on the business and allow our 170000 associates to thrive.

The AI Product Manager will own and prioritize the product backlog, manage sprint plannings and retros and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery, align product development with business objectives, and present product updates to stakeholders  and at company events.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the product backlog for one of our GenAI-powered products, ensuring that user stories are well-defined and aligned with product roadmap.
  • Translate the product vision and strategy and business requirements into clearly defined backlog items and keep the backlog prioritized as per potential business impact, ROI and customer value.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of the product, from ideation and development through to deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Lead sprint planning, scrums, retrospectives, and ensure agile methodologies are effectively implemented.
  • Foster an environment of collaboration and work closely with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and other   teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, ensuring that stakeholder and user requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for AI-driven innovation.

 

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing technically challenging products preferably with AI functionality.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, software engineers, QA)

Skills/Abilities

  • Outstanding presentation, public speaking, and communication skills.
  • A problem-solver with an innovative and analytical mind.
  • Strong prioritization skills.
  • Deeply knowledgeable of agile and scrum methodologies, and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Ability to create, maintain and prioritize backlogs, write comprehensive user stories and plan efficient sprints.
  • Open to travel abroad.

Education

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Language

  • Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English (C1 level minimum).
  • French and Spanish language skills are a bonus.

Tools

  • ML frameworks and tools: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.
  • ML operations tools: Weights & Biases (wandb), MLflow.
  • Data visualization tools: Matplotlib, Power BI.
  • Version control systems and collaborative development platforms.
