We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented French & Italian-speaking Quality Analyst to support service excellence for a multinational consumer goods company in the Laundry Homecare and Beauty Care sectors.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring consumer interactions, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting coaching and quality initiatives to enhance performance and consumer experience.
Consumer Support Specialists use AI-supported tools and standardized processes to manage complex cases. You will ensure all interactions consistently meet quality, compliance, and client expectations.
As a Quality Analyst in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Monitor and evaluate consumer interactions across multiple channels
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Provide structured feedback and coaching to improve performance
- Conduct calibration sessions to ensure consistency in quality scoring
- Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Quality teams
- Maintain and update QA documentation, scorecards, and guidelines
- Support onboarding and training from a quality perspective
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal and client standards, including Health & Safety policies
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
- French and Italian (C1/C2) – written and spoken
- English (C1/C2) – written and spoken
- Minimum 9 months’ experience in a BPO or contact center environment
- Experience in Quality Assurance or coaching roles is an advantage
- Must be able to commute to the Athens office (on-site role)
- Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
- Be a local candidate since the position is office based in Athens, Greece

- Excellent communication and feedback delivery ability
- Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Structured and organized working style
- Collaborative mindset and cross-functional teamwork
- Strong consumer and quality focus
- Comfortable working with QA tools and reporting systems
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a plus
Education and experience
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred
- Relevant industry experience is an advantage but not required, such as:
- Beauty Care: cosmetic ingredients, hair dye processes, product effects
- Home & Laundry Care: product formulations and practical applications
