We are looking for a talented German speaking Recruiter to support our recruiting team and help us place qualified candidates faster.
If you have strong communication skills and are confident as a headhunter, we want to meet you. 

As a Recruiter you're the vital link between clients and candidates.
 

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and Reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests, creating a shortlist of candidates
• Use of candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
• Managing the pool of candidates and matching profiles based on Client/project needs
• Briefing the candidates about their responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question
• Informing candidates about the results of their interviews
• Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the operation
• Working towards and exceeding targets 
• Maintaining candidates database updated 
• Maintaining a healthy pipeline of candidates

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

• Proficient level of German (C1 at least) 
• Advanced level of English (B2/C1)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Strong understanding of computer basics (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet)
• Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
• Be a local candidate since it's an office based position in Athens, Greece

Education and experience

• BS degree in education, human resources or relevant field (preferable)
• Customer Support Industry experience
