We are seeking a talented and accomplished German-speaking Sales Coach (SME) for a sales project, responsible for enhancing the competencies of individual employees through targeted coaching programs. You will play a key role in monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring adherence to best practices within the sales process.

 

 

As a Coach (SME) in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

 

  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions and workshops for sales representatives, focusing on core selling skills, product knowledge, and market insights.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, resources, and curricula that align with company goals and industry trends.
  • Monitor sales team performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing tailored coaching sessions to address specific challenges.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to set performance benchmarks and track progress against goals.
  • Provide ongoing support to sales teams through one-on-one coaching, role-playing, and feedback sessions.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify strengths and opportunities for growth within the team.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.
  • Foster a positive and motivating environment that encourages continuous learning and professional development.
  • Act as a mentor to new sales team members, helping them acclimate to company culture and sales processes.

 

 

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

 

  • Native or proficient level of German (C2)
  • Advanced English level (C1 at least) with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Sales profile, strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Good organization/ time management skills
  • Ability to work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies and techniques, with the ability to customize approaches based on team dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and improvements
  • Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
  • Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to historic Athens, Greece

 


Education and experience

 

  • Previous coaching or training experience, particularly within a sales environment is highly desirable
