WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide advice and guidance to the site leadership team on best practice in human resources management and compliance with employment legislation, and internal security and audit procedures
- Work closely with the site team, in the development of a performance driven culture, which encourages individual ownership of results and associate development
- To ensure that the company remains fully compliant with changes to employment law and practices, and that these practices are implemented consistently
- To suggest appropriate actions to raise associate satisfaction levels and ensure regular two way feedback is undertaken with associates
- To ensure attendance and attrition is effectively managed and reviewed at site level, with remedial actions taken where necessary
- To contribute fully to the business planning process and ensure Human Resources Strategy is aligned to business goals
- To collaborate with the Managers in the effective management of Health and Safety issues at site
- To take personal responsibility to understand and ensure compliance with all company and client security requirements and policies.
- Support site HR Strategy
WHAT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS ARE NEEDED
- Degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology or a relevant field (preferable)
- Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
- 3-5 years exposure to similar HR work in a global and or fast paced environment
- Experience in dealinmg with employee relations and engagement activities
- A good listener with strong organisational and presentation skills
- Curious and driven about data how to use it to influence
- Extensive knowledge, interpretation, and application of country employment laws.
- Experienced in leading positive change.
- Some experinece in one of consulting, contact centre, CX or Saas industry
