Your future project: join our Italian Customer Support team for a Medical Company. 

 

As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

 

  • Provide technical and commercial support for the client products and services aligned with customer needs.
  • Respond to a wide range of our client's consumer queries via phone, email and chat within agreed SLAs.
  • Stay current on the client's product portfolio, new releases, technology updates and procedure changes.
  • Identify, research and resolve product issues, including diagnosing parts/product replacement needs, and execute solutions per local procedures.
  • Use knowledge management tools and resources to correctly respond to and resolve customer queries.
  • Guide customers through software activation, device pairing and normal usage steps.
  • Accurately document consumer and product information, actions taken and resolution status in the required tools and databases during each interaction.
  • Recognize and record complaints per our client's procedures (e.g., FDA requirements), escalating and communicating any customer well‑being concerns immediately.
  • Meet or exceed performance standards and KPIs defined by our client and Foundever to support call center success.
  • Maintain security and confidentiality of Foundever client data and customer/account information.

 

 

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

 

  • Native or fluent level of Italian (C2/C1)
  • Intermediate level of English (minimum B2) both verbal and written
  • Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
  • Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
  • Be located in Athens as the position is office based
