As a Learning and Development Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop, and facilitate internal L&D programs/solutions that align with company objectives, culture, and digital strategy, applying adult learning theories and instructional methodology (e.g. Leadership Skills for Team Managers or Quality Analysts, Train the Trainer).
• Performing Training Needs Analysis to identify and recommend innovative learning programs for both individuals and the organization.
• Partnering with different functional areas and subject matter experts to understand ongoing business requirements and manage, develop, and deliver training programs. 
• Design and facilitate training using a face-to-face, digital, or blended approach for workshops and the LMS platform.
• Research opportunities and methodologies for workplace training and development.
• Measure the effectiveness of learning interventions and gather feedback for continuous improvement. 
• Effectively manage the pre- and post-learning and development cycle from end to end.
• Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals; Support in the development of new policies, procedures, and technology.
• Role model a culture of learning and development by completing activities to support your own personal development plan.
• Demonstrate and encourage creativity and innovation within Learning and Development.

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

• Native speaking German and fluent English skills.
• Experience in developing different types of training including e-learning, virtual live training, in-person training, and supporting training materials.
• Be highly organized through planning workload and effectively managing your time.
• Creative Thinker, Solutions and results focused.
• Ability to identify needs, create and deliver engaging learning, evaluate the impact, and keep learning alive.
• Share best practices and new ideas and drive consistency in learning and development.
• Expertise in designing and delivering blended learning solutions.
• Strong communication and very good listening skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task.
• Innovative and proactive approach to learning and development.
• Ability to provide feedback in a positive, objective, and supportive manner.
• Able to effectively use Microsoft applications (i.e.: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to influence behavior.
• Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
• Have at least 6 months working for Foundever.
• Be able to work in a hybrid model.
• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece.
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to historic Athens, Greece.
