We are seeking a person who is passionate about analyzing data and creating visualizations, dashboards and reports aimed at providing insights to support decision-making processes within the organization.

BI Analyst

Location: Warsaw / remotely

Your daily tasks:

• Collect, analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, providing guidance to the management
• Create and deliver visualizations, dashboards, reports that summarize complex data in a clear and concise manner
• Build and maintain data models that allow business leaders to better understand the relationships between various data points
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BI solutions
• Work with data management systems, SQL databases
• Continuously seek ways to improve data analysis processes, reporting tools, and dashboards to make them more effective and user-friendly
• Monitor the performance of BI solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
• Close work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and design BI solutions that meet their needs
• Participate in the implementation and persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology, systems or solutions
• Automate the internal processes, identify and implement improvements, support the migration of dashboards from other teams

What do we expect from you?

• Advanced Power BI and Microsoft Excel knowledge  
• Previous experience with BI tools such as SAP Business objects, Qlik, Oracle Analytics, Tableau etc.
• Experience with CRM platform(s), preferably Salesforce
• Knowledge in SQL databases querying and updating
• Understanding Data modeling and ETL
• Previous experience with Python, PowerShell, DAX or Visual Studio is a plus

Working conditions:

- Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract);  

- Salary range 7600-8700 PLN gross + bonuses;  

- Work environment: Office in Warsaw Mokotów or remotely
