We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with native German and fluent English for handling customer inquiries (order queries and technical support) for household appliances.

 

Requirements:

  • Native level of German.

  • High level of English (Spanish not required).

  • Empathy with customers.

  • Willingness to improve every day.

  • Analytical skills to identify customer needs.

  • Residence in Barcelona.

 

What we offer:

  • Training: Training from 9 AM to 6 PM, starting on October 21st to November 5th.

  • Contract: Permanent, 30 or 39 hours per week.

  • Salary: 1810,79€ gross per month (39 hours) or 1,392€ (30 hours).

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9AM - 6PM.

  • Work Mode: Hybrid training and work arrangement.
