We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join our fast-paced, team-focused, dynamic Global Digital Marketing team.

 

About the job

You will be at the forefront of driving our digital marketing strategy through innovative automation techniques. You will oversee the day-to-day performance and management of our marketing automation processes, ensuring seamless integration to optimize our lead generation and nurturing processes. Your role will involve designing automated multipurpose workflows in HubSpot. You will collaborate closely with our sales, content, and design teams to create cohesive and personalized customer journeys, ultimately enhancing our lead management efficiency.

Working under the responsibility of the Global Marketing Automation Lead, you will work closely with all marketing teams (Global, EMEA and local) to design workflows that support their goals and facilitate their daily growth activities.

This role is about creating improving lead management, customer engagement and sales efficiency through streamlined and optimized processes.

 

Key responsibilities 

  • Maintain a standard of quality and safety within HubSpot by setting routine.
  • Collaborate with Global, EMEA, and local marketing teams to design automated campaigns aligning with brand goals
  • Ensure a smooth campaign integration between HubSpot and a variety of tools to guarantee accurate data management and lead routing.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, providing insights and reports on campaign performances
  • Document all major internal HubSpot processes
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards

 

Experience:

  • A strong track record in optimizing internal lead management/sales efficiency/data quality processes
  • Experience in creating and administrating marketing automated processes across a variety of tools and platforms
  • Expertise with HubSpot is a must have
  • Experience with Zapier and Salesforce is a plus

 

Skills/Abilities/Knowledge

  • High level of proficiency in marketing automation platforms including HubSpot and Zapier
  • Has a technology-driven approach which enables him/her to efficiently streamline and simplify marketing tasks and workflows
  • Excellent multitasking skills to handle multiple projects and demands from a variety of marketing stakeholders
  • Understands cultural contexts and adapts approach accordingly
  • An eager eye for metric measurement and monitoring
  • Highly analytical and data-driven with an ability to track, interrogate and report on marketing metrics and results

Education

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field

 

Languages

  • Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English

 

Tools and Applications

  • HubSpot (Min 1 year + experience)
  • Salesforce
  • Zapier
  • Excellent knowledge of all MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
