Start: 29.07.2024 | Location: Berlin-Kreuzberg | Weekly hours: 20 - 40 h  


Working hours: Mon - Su between 2 PM- 10:45 PM 


Salary: 2.152 - 2.352 €/month (Fixed salary 2.152 €/month at 40h/week + performance bonus up to 200 €/month)

Your new tasks: 


  • Answering  English and German/French/Italian/Spanish  customer queries on the phone  
  • Support by e-mail  
  • Help with technical questions about our products 


Your qualifications: 


  • Fluency English (C2-level) and very good knowledge of German/French/Italian/Spanish
  • Flexibility in terms of working hours 
  • Already knowledge of customer service  
  • Very good PC skills 
  • Valid work permit and residence in Berlin  
  • Willingness to work 5 times a week
