On-site position: Gdańsk

Bonus up to 8500 PLN gross (relocation package plus attendance bonus)

Salary 7 500 - 8 500 PLN gross/month

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exelent customer service via phone and email in line with the highest standards
• Striving to achieve customer satisfaction targets set by managers
• Engaging with and understanding customer issues to provide the best possible assistance

This job is for you if:

• You are fluent in German (C1) and have good knowledge of English (B2)
• You demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
• You are confident in using MS Office
• You are motivated and eager to grow professionally
