Start date: flexible | Location: Hybrid in Berlin-Kreuzberg | Weekly hours: 20 h | Working hours: Mon - Fri between 09:00 AM - 05:45 PM | Salary: Fixed salary 1.076 €/month at 20h/week + language bonus 50 €/month + performance bonus up to 100 €/month) + home office allowance 30 €/month

Your new tasks:
- Answering chat and email inquiries from our French-speaking customer base - no telephony!
- Expert advice on highchairs, pushchairs and the rest of the Stokke range - no sales!
- Answering shipping and invoicing questions
- Updating articles in our customer database
Your qualifications:
- Fluency in French (C2 level)
- English at least B2
- Interest in Stokke products and possibly already some experience with them
- Customer- and service-orientated way of working
- Work permit for Germany
