Description
This is an office-based role, where you would support consumers for a global consumer goods brand. Besides the support language(s), English is required, as training and internal tools are in English.
We are looking for the following support language profiles:
- German and English
- Czech and Slovak
- French and English
- Spanish and English
- Italian and English
What the role looks like You would support consumers mainly through written channels, with a smaller share of phone interactions:
The role involves answering consumer questions, handling requests or complaints in a calm and professional way, and documenting interactions using clear internal processes. You’ll work closely with the team whenever a case needs extra input. |
