We are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills in French;
- Good communication skills in English for training purposes;
- Previous customer services experience preferred;
- Good organizational skills;
- PC Literate;
- Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure in order to achieve deadlines;
- Ability to multi-task whilst speaking with Customer;
- Previous experience in customer service or IT is considered a plus.
- Assist consumers, partners, and professionals with pre-sales, order management, financial issues and technical issues through email, chat and phone support;
- Handle both simple and complex troubleshooting issues via the telephone and email, addressing both hardware and software related issues;
- Multitasking through multiple systems while troubleshooting with Hotel Partners representatives;
- Effectively communicate technical information with Hotel Partners representatives;
- Diagnose and provide a path to resolving technical issues;
- Report and escalate new Hotel Partners issues;
- Follow approved Expedia workflows in responding to Hotel Partners inquires;
- Ensure excellent Hotel Partners satisfaction;
- Work counterparts from Expedia office to resolve or properly close tickets;
- Manage an individual ticket queue;
- Responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback;
- Achieve call center metrics including average Partner Satisfaction, Average Handling Time, Procedural Compliance, and schedule adherence and conformance.
