Description
What are we looking for:
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) – B2 level or higher;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks;
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools;
- Previous experience in customer support or a contact center is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Experience with live chat, email support, or social media channels;
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk);
- Experience in e-commerce or technical support environments.
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and other digital channels;
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and policies;
- Troubleshoot customer issues and offer clear, effective solutions;
- Escalate complex cases when necessary, following internal procedures;
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems;
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets;
- Maintain a customer-focused, empathetic, and professional communication style.
