Your future project: join our English B2B Customer Support team.

 

As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnose, resolve and track post-sales technical issues related to mobile devices,
  • Provide support via phone, email, and Teams, utilizing a dedicated hotline and mailbox, and meeting SLA requirements,
  • Execute advanced troubleshooting and incident analysis on smartphones, handling software deployment, OTA updates, and firmware flashing,
  • Utilize device diagnostics, manage mobile device provisioning, and support integration into enterprise environments,
  • Liaise between customer stakeholders and technical teams on escalations and ongoing projects,
  • Track and manage incidents, maintain detailed documentation and provide feedback to improve processes.

 

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

  • Fluency in English,
  • 1–2 years of experience in a contact center or enterprise support environment, preferably in telecommunications,
  • Experience in supporting UEM/MDM solutions,
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities,
  • Ability to analyze mobile device logs and diagnose complex technical issues,
  • Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit,
  • Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Budapest, Hungary.
