Communications and Employee Engagement Specialist - part time

We are looking for an enthusiastic Communications and Employee Engagement Specialist - part time(weekly 20 hours) to join our team in Budapest.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning

• Analyze the current environment and build up new initiatives,
• Develop an internal communication, people engagement and content generation plan
• Collaborate with and advise key stakeholders in the organization 

Online presence and Social Media

• Take full responsibility of content generation and sharing,
• Using ‘Canva’ tool for graphic design 

Employee Engagement

• Drive proactive and reactive people engagement
• Manage all internal communications initiatives
• Plan and manage engagement activities for home working and office working environment

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Hungarian and English in speaking and writing
• Fast, proactive, creative
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills       
• Able to handle deadlines& pressure, can multitask
• Strong in MS Office
• Experienced in image editing
• College educational qualification or the equivalent
• Experience in similar position/projects
