Primary Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all onsite operations in Luxor
• Supervise support staff including maintenance, security, and housekeeping teams
• Oversee facility maintenance, safety, utilities, and vendor coordination
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health & safety standards
• Manage site readiness for operational needs and coordinate improvements
• Monitor budgets, supplies, and facility performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Must be based in Luxor
• Background in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields preferred)
• Proven experience managing facility operations or leading support teams
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
