We are currently seeking an experienced Volume/Bulk Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As well as being the face of Foundever and the first point of contact for prospective candidates, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day recruitment activities, screening and interviewing candidates as well as short listing and scheduling these individuals for onsite assessments and face to face interviews.
This coupled with multitasking, problem solving, you will also need to be able to arrange and manage schedules to ensure candidates are contacted timeously and ensuring onsite activities run effectively and smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage high-volume recruitment processes for various campaigns within BPO Call center Industry.
- Source, screen, and interview a large number of candidates across multiple campaigns, matching these candidates to the required profile and skill of the campaign.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Managing emergencies in a timely and effective manner whilst streamlining the usual operations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and reports using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide a positive candidate experience from application through to offer stage.
- Meet or exceed recruitment targets and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with the wider HR and recruitment teams to continuously improve processes.
YOUR PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in high-volume or bulk recruitment within BPO Contact Centre.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing skills, with experience using job boards, social media, and networking to find candidates.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of candidates without compromising quality.
- Experience within the BPO Industry is essential.
