Your responsibilities:
• Answer customer calls and provide quick, effective solutions;
• Resolve issues by personalizing each interaction with professionalism;

Primary Job Responsibilities

• You have a strong command of spoken English and French;
• You possess excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Minimum education level: High school diploma (Baccalaureate);
• You are able to handle pressure and solve problems quickly.
