Foundever is recruiting Bilingual (FR & ENG) Customer Service Representatives for a project in collaboration with a major player in the financial services sector.

Your responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and provide quick, effective solutions;
• Resolve issues by personalizing each interaction with professionalism;
• Collaborate within a passionate and responsible team focused on customer satisfaction.

 

Primary Job Responsibilities

Desired Profile:

• You have a strong command of spoken English and French;
• You possess excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Minimum education level: High school diploma (Baccalaureate);
• You are able to handle pressure and solve problems quickly.
