Job Description:
The primary responsibility of a Facilities Coordinator is to ensure that employees are fully satisfied with the basic utility services as provided by both Foundever and building equipment and that all employees and equipment are given equal attention and the highest consideration to both health and safety within Foundever’s premises.

Education: (if beyond High School or equivalent): He/she should be a Bachelor’s degree graduate of an engineering course, preferably Mechanical (ME), Electrical (EE) or Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) and Industrial Technician Course (ITC) or at least three (3) years education or with at least National Certificate (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HRM, Civil, Electronics).

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, corporate procedures/regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and general public. Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, variance, spend-actuals, discounts, interest, proportions, circumference and volume. Reasoning Ability: He/she possess strong critical thinking. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or scheduled form. Physical Demand: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee with excellent physical condition to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 60-80 pounds and climbing ladders. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus. He/she must be able to function and comply with different work shift assignments and site mobility. Technical Ability: Have the knowledge in maintenance and troubleshooting/problem solving skills on the various facilities equipment, critical or not critical. Have a strong emergency responsiveness and basic to intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Teams). Ability to handle multiple tasks within time constraints.
Special Certifications: (identify if a certification is required to perform the job or if just preferred) If performing more complex maintenance work at a site (plumbing, electrical, etc.), applicable license is required. TESDA certification on technical, housekeeping and/or HRM courses (National Certificate) or PRC license (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing). It will be a plus to have a Safety Officer (SO 1-3) and/or Pollution Control Officer (PCO) certificate with experience.
