Job Summary
The Demand Generation Manager- Events leads the end-to-end execution of both third-party events and company-owned events across the NA region. This role is responsible for driving lead generation, accelerating pipeline, and delivering high-quality event experiences that support broader marketing and sales objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of owned and third-party B2B events
• Partner closely with Sales to drive pre-event preparation and post-event follow-up
• Manage budgets, logistics, vendors, and agencies across the NA region
• Track KPIs, measure event ROI, and report results using Salesforce and marketing tools
• Align events with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives
• Plan, manage, and execute owned and third-party events from strategy to post-event analysis
• Lead full event logistics: budgeting, vendor negotiations, venue sourcing, travel coordination, on-site management and post-event analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Communications, Operations) to drive event success
• Engage and enable Sales with pre-event planning and structured post-event follow-up processes
• Track event KPIs and performance, analyse data, and deliver ROI assessments
• Maintain Salesforce dashboards, ensure accurate lead management, and report pipeline impact
• Manage external agencies and suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency
• Apply innovative event technologies, formats, and insights to enhance audience experience
• Stay current on global event trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices
• Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership
• Continuously optimize event performance through data insights and market trends
• Protect company assets, systems, proprietary and confidential information in accordance with Foundever Associate Agreement.
• Proactively report actual or suspected ethics and compliance violations, vulnerabilities, security incidents and breaches in the confidentiality, integrity or availability of Information assets as per the Company’s policy.
Qualifications -
• 5+ years managing B2B third-party and owned events with measurable lead and pipeline impact
• Proven experience in assessing BPO lead generation events to determine sponsorship value and develop compelling business
• 4-year degree in related field
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce (lead management, dashboards, reporting)
• Proven experience defining event KPIs and measuring ROI
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex international events and large budgets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience with event project management tools such as Microsoft Lists and Asana
• Experience with PO creation, vendor onboarding, and managing suppliers in internal procurement systems (e.g., Coupa)
• Strong negotiation skills with vendors to ensure best rates
• Fluency in English; strong command of event technology and marketing automation tools
• Must be located in the East Coast time zone to support EMEA teams
