Mission
Drive impactful digital recruitment campaigns that attract the right talent, strengthen our online presence, and fuel lead generation and conversions across the Americas region.
About the Role
As part of our Digital Hub and in close partnership with local marketing and talent acquisition teams, you’ll shape our sourcing strategy, optimize our digital investments, and lead campaigns that deliver measurable results.
What You’ll Do
Build and execute digital recruitment strategies that boost brand visibility and attract qualified candidates.
Partner with marketing and TA teams to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective digital plans.
Define the right sourcing mix, investment approach, rollout timelines, and performance forecasts.
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Analyze performance data, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.
Conduct keyword research and propose new targeting opportunities.
Collaborate with content teams to create engaging organic and paid assets tailored to regional audiences.
Ensure consistent tracking and reporting across countries and platformsLead digital marketing projects (ad strategy, nurture flows, email marketing, automation, content alignment)
Track KPIs such as lead quality, conversion rates, engagement, and campaign ROI.
Stay up to date with digital trends and run A/B tests to continuously improve performance.
Deliver clear weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

What You Bring
Experience & Education:
3+ years in digital marketing (Preferred)
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Fluent written and spoken English (C1)
Tools & Platforms:
Strong command of MS Office.
Hands-on experience with Meta, Google, TikTok, Spotify, Reddit Ads.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.)
Familiarity with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) is a plus.
Skills & Mindset:
Deep understanding of social media lead generation.
Strong knowledge of digital recruitment marketing.
Advanced paid social expertise and experience with SEO/SEM, email, video, and displaySkilled in retargeting, pixel setup, custom audiences, and event tracking.
Comfortable running A/B and multivariate tests.
Analytical thinker who makes data-driven decisions.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
