Job Overview

Support one of the largest financial providers serving U.S. military members and their families. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist with financial collections, helping customers resolve past-due accounts through thoughtful debt collecting strategies and practical repayment solutions. This position combines customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance with banking and privacy regulations.

What We're Looking For

• • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Preferred four or more months of collections, debt collecting, financial services, or customer service experience including account resolution or payment support.
  • Availability: Open availability during hours of operation.
