🌟 Learning Specialist/Trainer with German🌟
Location: Gdańsk

What do you need to become a Trainer?

✅ Experience in conducting training – at least 1 year of experience as a trainer and/or a minimum of 500 hours of training conducted;

✅ Experience in designing and modifying training programs, gathering and analyzing development needs, evaluating training materials, and training evaluation;

✅ Well-developed interpersonal skills (Soft Skills);

✅ Fluent knowledge of German (C1/C2) and English (minimum B2);

✅ A good knowledge of the Polish language is desirable;

✅ Ability to work in a hybrid mode.

Your responsibilities will include:

📜 Conducting training sessions based on project needs;

🌍 Managing training content (refreshing, proposing changes);

🌞 Supporting and motivating Foundever employees;

💻 Organizing training to enhance/refresh skills and qualifications;

🚀 Creating new training programs, assessing training materials, and documenting process progress.

Employment conditions:

🌟 Hybrid work from modern office in Gdańsk;

📜 Contract of Employment;

⏰ Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (with some exceptions depending on project needs).
