Your tasks will involve: 
✅ Leading, managing, overseeing and supporting a team of Customer Service Agents;
✅ Ensuring the Team fulfills KPI’s set by clients;  
✅ Facilitating clear and efficient communications;
✅ Rewarding Agents for best results;
✅ Participating in the recruitment and induction processes.

This job is for you if: 
🏠 You are looking to work in hybrid mode;
🌍 You have fluent command of spoken and written German (C1) and English (B2) (Both); 
📋 You can effectively manage a team, offer constructive feedback, oversee processes and growth;
😇 You have excellent manners and high personal standards;  
🌞 You are motivated and growth oriented;
💻 You are no stranger to MS Office software;  
💡 You think logically, and are good at problem-solving and introducing improvement solutions;
📈 You have at least 12 months of experience with Customer Service positions. Product Specialist, Trainer and/or Mentor experience is a plus as well.
