• Candidate should be handling Bulk / Frontline / Mass / BPO Hiring for CSE
• End to End Recruitment.
• Sourcing ,Interviewing ,
• Managing the end to end recruitment cycle for Bulk Hiring  Support, and BPO Functions hiring which includes multichannel sourcing, screening, interviewing, attracting and selecting appropriate talent, salary and level benchmarking.
• Experience in executive sourcing and delivering end to end BULK recruitment. Hiring experienced candidates across different , Recruiters for multiple Accounts for BPO Industry.
  Worked on bulk hiring
• Sourced relevant candidates through Job Boards, Social Networking sites, Employee Referral, Job Postings and other networks. Conducted the initial technical screening to determine suitability and interest of candidate.
• Coordinated with Technical Panel for all Technical interviews and Client interviews.
• Screening of potential candidates and setting up face-to-face,phone interviews as per the requirement criteria.
• Responsible for initiating background verification checks, medical checks, offer management, stakeholder management.
