Primary Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service to new and existing customers, assisting them with any queries and issues related to their printers. We require someone who is a problem solver, quick thinking and can thrive in a busy role. This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic team who will support you in developing your skills.

- This is a full time permanent position
- Working Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 16:30 (No late evenings or weekends!)
- Your training will be ON SITE in Kingston Upon Thames for 2 weeks followed by 2 weeks of supported working ON SITE - MUST be able to commute to Kingston Upon Thames
- After training this role is a hybrid model based on needs: at least 1 day a week in the office and for training needs.
- This is a French and English speaking role - Must be fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
