Job Overview
Foundever® is seeking Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to provide technical support for a renowned camera company. In this role, you will leverage your fluency in both Spanish and English to assist customers with a variety of technical inquiries, troubleshoot product issues, and deliver detailed product information to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will accurately document all customer interactions and escalate complex or unresolved matters as needed.
Location Requirements: Must live within the commuting range and be able to work in our Langhorne site at 800 Town Center Dr, Langhorne, PA, 19047

What We Are Looking For
