About the role & our client: 
Our client is a fast-growing international company within the e-finance sector. In this role, you will be working as a English-speaking customer support representative in the client’s complaints department. Your tasks will primarily involve assisting customers via email with issues related to invoices, payment requests, refunds, and general support. Occasional phone calls may also occur. The key objective is to ensure an exceptional customer experience and leave the customer with a positive impression. This role does not involve any sales.

To succeed in this role, we believe you: 

  • Speak fluent English, German is an advantage  (C1 level)
  • Have good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher)
  • Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Enjoy working with people
  • Are structured, efficient, and thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Are comfortable using computers and digital tools
  • Can present a clean criminal record

Meritorious (but not required): 

  • Previous experience in customer support
  • Experience in service roles (e.g., hospitality or retail)
  • Additional language skills such as other Nordic languages, German, Dutch, Turkish, Greek, etc.
