Property Maintenance Technician

 Responsibilities:

• Preventive Maintenance (PM) at all Company Offices and Staff Accommodation: Conduct scheduled inspections and organizing the service of HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing fixtures, and fire/safety equipment to prevent failures.
• Repairs & Troubleshooting: Perform troubleshooting and hands-on repairs for electrical wiring, lighting, plumbing leaks, drywall, painting, door hardware and building automation systems.
• Repair and maintain Office furniture (Desks, Chairs, cupboards etc.)
• Emergency Response: Serve as primary contact for facility-related emergencies (fire alarms, security alarms, power outages, leakages, or system failures) and respond promptly to on-call duties.
• Maintain company-controlled staff accommodation.
• Contractor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and contract terms.
• Building Upkeep: Managing general carpentry, drywall repair, painting, cleaning A/C filters, furniture assembly, etc.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repair logs.
• Supermarket Supplies: Manage and coordinate orders for supermarket supplies, including food items and cleaning products, ensuring adequate stock is maintained for all Company offices.
• Pest Control: Coordinate pest control services and ensure all scheduled inspections and treatments are carried out effectively.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensuring the facility adheres to health and safety regulations and maintaining fire safety equipment like alarms and extinguishers.
